Ghazwan Ghazi, D.M.D., M.S.

Dr. Ghazi Dr. Ghazwan Ghazi is a periodontal and implant specialist who has been with Dental Surgical Group since 1999. He is also part of the faculty at the Harvard University School of Dental Medicine, teaching clinical periodontics and dental implantology to post-graduate residents. Dr. Ghazi is committed to improving patients’ periodontal health through state-of-the-art therapies, as well as restoring the form and function of their missing teeth through advanced implant dentistry solutions.
Dr. Ghazi completed his undergraduate education from the Boston University School of Dentistry, earning his Bachelor of Science. He continued to Rutgers School of Dental Medicine where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine and underwent clinical training in periodontics and implantology. As a testament to his advanced expertise, Dr. Ghazi is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.
In his free time, Dr. Ghazi enjoys quality time with his wife and five children, as well as playing sports like squash, soccer, and swimming.
Margarita Panajoti, D.M.D.

Dr. Panajoti Dr. Margarita Panajoti (“Doctor P.”) leads our team at Dental Surgical Group. She is a certified specialist in CEREC®, Invisalign®, and teeth whitening, and has earned the Mercer/ExperDent Certification for Leadership in Dentistry. Dr. Panajoti’s goal is to provide nothing but the best care for each patient through innovative dental treatments.
Dr. Panajoti earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, and has completed advanced training in placing different dental implant types and restorations. She is committed to continuing education to stay up to date with the latest dental treatment techniques and technologies.
When not treating patients, Dr. Panajoti resides in Southborough with her husband and business partner, Gokulan; their sons, Theodore and Alexander; and their dogs Emma, Ollie and Hazel. In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoys reading and traveling. Dr. Panajoti is fluent in English, Albanian, Italian, and Greek.

Iham Gammas, D.M.D., A.B.O.I./I.D. DIPLOMATE

Dr. Gammas With our team since 2009, Dr. Gammas is an implant dentist focused on the complete health of his patients. By staying up to date with the latest advancements in implantology, he is able to help patients restore their oral function through effective implant solutions.
Dr. Gammas received his training at the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. He is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantology, a Fellow of the International Academy of Dental Implantology, and an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Gammas is dedicated to ongoing education, staying on the leading edge of new technologies in order to provide his patients with the best possible care.
Vikram Narayan, MD
Dr. Vikram Narayan is a board certified anesthesiologist with over 15 years of experience caring for both children and adults. He enjoys meeting patients and helping them comfortably navigate surgery and other procedures that require anesthesia or sedation. He graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed his anesthesia residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in New Jersey, where he served as chief resident.
When Dr. Narayan is not at work, he and his wife, Sara, spend their time raising their two beautiful daughters, Kate and Ella. He enjoys traveling and skiing with his family.
